Kenguruse pavilion inaugurated at Hornbill Festival, Nagaland

Kohima, Nagaland, Dec 2: Tourism Minister Shri Temjen Imna Along, along with #SpearCorps officials, inaugurated the Kenguruse Pavilion at the Hornbill Festival in Kohima, Nagaland. The pavilion is dedicated to Capt N Kenguruse, MVC (P), and honors the bravery and legacy of the gallant heroes of the Naga community.

The pavilion features a Heroes Gallery showcasing acts of valor, a VR and Paintball Arena for interactive experiences, a Delicacy Corner highlighting local cuisine, and a Souvenir Shop celebrating Naga culture. The initiative aims to educate visitors about the martial heritage of Nagaland while providing an engaging and immersive cultural experience.
Officials noted that the pavilion not only pays tribute to the courage and sacrifice of Naga heroes but also fosters pride in the community’s contributions to national defense. Through this endeavor, the Hornbill Festival continues to blend cultural celebration with recognition of valor, inspiring visitors and locals alike.
