Srinagar, Aug 27: MY Bharat Srinagar, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, organised the Khelo India Samvad – Prime Minister’s Virtual Interaction with Youth and Sportspersons at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Srinagar.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 200 youth, including MY Bharat Volunteers (NYVs), students, sportspersons, social media influencers and representatives of various educational institutions. Organised as part of the nationwide Khelo India Samvad initiative, the event connected young people across the country with the Hon’ble Prime Minister through a virtual interaction.
Participants listened to the Prime Minister’s address, which underscored the importance of sports, fitness, youth leadership and active participation in nation-building. The interaction highlighted the role of young people in shaping the future of the nation and contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat.
The programme was attended by officials from NIT Srinagar, the District Youth Officer (DYO), Srinagar, social media influencers and other distinguished guests. Speakers appreciated the initiative for providing a meaningful platform for engagement, inspiration and dialogue with the youth.
The event concluded with a reaffirmation of the commitment to empower young people through sports, leadership and community participation. MY Bharat Srinagar expressed gratitude to all participants, volunteers, partner institutions and guests for their support in making the programme a success.
