The Kashmir Markazi Adab wa Saqafat , in collaboration with the J&K Waqf Board, organised a one-day seminar on the life and teachings of Hazrat Sheikh-ul-Alam (RA) on October 21, 2025, at the revered shrine of Alamdari Kashmir (RA).

The seminar was presided over by Mirwaiz Khankahi Faiz Pannah Charar-e-Sharief, Mr. Amiruddin Shah, while Dr. Ghulam Nabi Haleem, Board Member of the J&K Waqf Board, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
During the event, a book titled “Sehzanand” — an English and Urdu translation of selected verses from Kalami Sheikh-ul-Alam (RA) by Dr. Gazanfer Ali and Inayat Gul — was released. The ceremony witnessed participation from numerous scholars, poets, and writers from across the Valley. Papers on the newly released book were presented by Ali Ahsan and Bashir Ahmad Bhat.
An Aqeedati Mushaira was also held as part of the programme, where poets paid rich tributes to the spiritual legacy of Hazrat Sheikh-ul-Alam (RA).
The event was conducted with great enthusiasm by Inayat Gul, General Secretary of KAMAS, and concluded successfully amid a spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
