The Jammu and Kashmir Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA), today conducted 108th Building Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA) meeting here to discuss cases for want of approval.
The meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman LAWDA, Tufail Mattoo as per powers vested under the Control Of Building Operation Act, 1988 through Building Permission Authority J & K LDA.
During the meeting 26 cases were discussed out of which 14 cases were approved, 11 cases were deferred for want of clarifications and 01 case was rejected.
The applicants whose cases were decided in the meeting have been requested to attend the office of the Secretary J & K LDA once the minutes of the108th meeting are uploaded on the official website of the Authority (www.jklda.org)
The meeting was attended by Chief Town Planner, Tehsildar North besides other members from PHE, PDD, Nazool and SMC.
