Hon’ble Sir,

Inspired by the Honourable Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi’s call in March, 2020 to AYUSH for exploring some Alternagtive Therapy on nCOVID-19 to reckon with the dreaded till a regular oral medicine/vaccine was available for the purpose, I conceptualised one Project entitled “Standard Operative Procedures (SOPs) on Novel Coronavirus Disease-2019 (nCOVID-19) and its Potential Management / Treatment by Unani Medicine: An Alternative through AYUSH System”. Then, I submitted this Project to COVID-19 Solution Challenge to innovate.mygov.in. (PMO office) on March 31, 2020. For its merit, ‘the Good Governance in India platform’ ranked me on April 30, 2020 as the Enthusiast Level-1 Expert. This was an All-India open competition organised by the PMO office with a Cash Award of Rs. 1 Lakh considering the peak of the nCOVID-19 in April, 2020(Last date being April 30, 2020). Thisnovel Project was quite intersting, wherein, I had suggested it for consideration and implementation in the Country. At the end, nothing was heard from the PMO office regarding my submitted project.
Pertinently, I put in my 34 years experience of clinical research in Unani medical science and teaching behind the project.
The Project was also submitted at connect@my gov.nic.in. on April 19, 2020 with a request to share it by HonourablePM in the Mann Ki Baat programme.
Consequently, I submitted this Project entitled as above to your goodself long back on 19.05.2021 for consideration and application in J&K UT through email.
Now, with due regards, I pen down this letter to drive your kind attention to my afforesaidProject (D.P.R.) on nCOVID-19. For no response, I was constrained to send repeated reminders through email to PPS, PS to HLG, HLG on dated: 07.07.2021, 14.07.2021, 24.07.2021, 15.08.2021, 28.08.2021, 28.09.2021, and 10.01.2022 respectively. I called on your good office landline nos. at Raj Bhavan, Srinagar and Jammu. Yet, nothing followed my repeated requests. Even, I had submitted the online copy of the said project to the Additional Chief Secretary, Health & Medical Education, J&K U.T. for consideration and implementation in the Union Territory. It was followed by subsequent reminders to him: the last one was vainly submitted on online on 10.02.2022, unluckily, with no desired results.
I submitted thisProject considering its relevance to the society at large. It has the potential to manage the stage-wise symptoms ofnCOVID-19 through Unani Polyherbal Decoction (Joshanda) Formulations at least untill a regular oral medicine/vaccine is alternatively available for the purpose.
Pertinently, based on this Project, I have already published four review research manuscripts (papers) in World Journals till recently.
Since, I am an ordinary citizen and have no direct access to your good office, I thought it appropriate to approach your goodself through the Print Media toearnestly and request your goodself to consider my submitted Project on the basis of merit.
