Jammu, Feb 12: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, at the Dyar Daham celebrations in Thalwal, emphasized India’s twin revolution—advancing infrastructure, AI, and digital economy while nurturing inner spiritual consciousness.

He highlighted India’s heritage of peace, dharma, and scientific progress, stating that spirituality and technology are complementary paths. Sinha laid the foundation stone for a cultural heritage centre at Mata Bhadrakali Asthapan and praised NHPC’s ₹6.60 cr infrastructure development at Thalwal.
