Deputy Chief of Army Staff (strategy) and DGMO Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai on Friday called on Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.
“Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai, Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Strategy) and Director General Military Operations, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhavan in Srinagar,” an official spokesman said.
LG Sinha and the Deputy Army chief discussed the prevailing security scenario in the Union Territory.
The exchange between the Army leadership and the Lt Governor underscores the continued coordination between security forces and civilian authorities to preserve stability in Jammu and Kashmir.
