Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday met Master Amaan Khan, a young National-level Wushu player, at Raj Bhawan.
The Lieutenant Governor congratulated the 12-year-old athlete hailing from Baramulla on winning the Bronze medal at the 25th Sub-Junior National Wushu Championship held recently in Tamil Nadu and extended best wishes for his upcoming tournaments.
CA Charanjot Singh Nanda, President, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) also called on Lieutenant Governor today.
Meanwhile, Touseef Raina, former President, Municipal Council Baramulla, also called on Lieutenant Governor today.
Raina put forth important matters pertaining to the improvement of civic amenities in Baramulla town area, and other development issues.
