LPG service irregularities reported in Srinagar Agency

May 01, 2026 | BK News Service

Srinagar, April 30: People have raised concerns over alleged irregularities in LPG services at New Paradise Gas Agency in Dalgate Srinagar, claiming that connection requests are being canceled without explanation and essential services remain unavailable.

According to the complainants, several people who had applied for new LPG connections nearly a month ago recently received messages stating that their orders had been canceled. The issue, they said, is affecting multiple consumers in Srinagar.
Locals said they approached the agency to seek clarification, but found both the manager and the computer operator unavailable at the office, leaving them without any official response.
The complaints point to broader service disruptions, including the alleged absence of regular gas supply and non-availability of home delivery services, causing inconvenience to households dependent on LPG for daily use.
The affected consumers have appealed to the concerned authorities to intervene and ensure proper functioning of the agency, restoration of supply, and accountability for the reported cancellations.
