Girish Kalia, General Officer Commanding of the Spear Corps, visited Assam Rifles formations in Churachandpur and Pallel to review the security situation and operational preparedness.

During the visit, Lt Gen Kalia assessed security arrangements and interacted with troops deployed in the region. He praised the personnel for their professionalism, dedication, and operational readiness in maintaining stability.

The Corps Commander also met local youth at the ‘Kinepna Center’ and the Community Radio Center, encouraging them to take an active role in nation-building and development. The interaction focused on strengthening civil-military relations and promoting positive community engagement.
