Spear Corps, Oct 9: Lieutenant General Abhijit S. Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Spear Corps, along with all ranks, extended warm greetings and best wishes to the Tikhir community and the people of Nagaland on the occasion of the Tsonglaknyi festival.
