Dimapur, Jan 9: Lieutenant General Abhijit S. Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding Spear Corps, along with all ranks, extended warm and heartfelt greetings to the Monpa community of Arunachal Pradesh on the auspicious occasion of the Torgya Festival.

In his message, Lt Gen Pendharkar conveyed best wishes for peace, prosperity and happiness, highlighting the cultural and spiritual significance of Torgya, which symbolizes the triumph of good over evil and the preservation of harmony and well-being.
