
Itanagar, Nov 30: NLt Gen RC Tiwari, Commander in Chief of Eastern Command, called on Lt Gen KT Parnaik (Retd), Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, on 30 November 2025 at Raj Bhavan, Itanagar. The meeting, attended also by the commander of 3 Corps, reviewed critical issues including border security, welfare of ex servicemen and veterans, and the ongoing civil military coordination efforts in the frontier state.
Governor Parnaik reiterated the state government’s commitment to strengthening infrastructure and capabilities alongside the armed forces, emphasising a comprehensive approach to safeguarding national security while promoting socio economic development in border regions.
