Nestled in the picturesque region of Kashmir, which is renowned for its natural beauty, lies the village of Manigam. At least fifteen mosques are located around it, but it remains the center of worship for the community. People from different schools throng together here to offer prayers, making Manigam a true melting pot of cultures. In terms of education, Manigam sets an example for the entire district. It is home to a Boys Higher Secondary School, a Girls Secondary School, and three private educational institutions. The village recognizes that education is a fundamental right of every human being and the key to progress.

However, the village is politically poor, and every political party seems to ignore it. Despite this, people tolerate it due to its greatness. I love my village so much.”
