
Pallel,, Jan 16: The Skill Development Training Programme “Right Skill, Bright Future” concluded successfully on 16 January 2026 at Pallel Garrison, Kakching District, providing local youth with vital employable skills in hospitality. The programme was facilitated by Assam Rifles and conducted by REACHA Foundation in collaboration with IIFL Foundation and Tata Strive.
The three-month training focused on Front Office Operations and Homestay Hosting, equipping participants with hands-on experience and industry-ready skills. A total of 50 trainees from the second batch participated in the programme, which aimed to enhance employability and promote sustainable livelihoods in the region.
At the conclusion of the training, all 50 participants secured internships and employment with reputed hotels across India, marking an exceptional outcome and demonstrating the effectiveness of the initiative. The programme also emphasized inclusivity, community engagement, and youth empowerment, contributing to overall social harmony in Manipur.
