The serene Zabarwan Park on the banks of Dal Lake has transformed into a vibrant cultural hub with the launch of the “Marketing Exhibition–cum–Mega Sale” by The J&K SC, ST & BC Development Corporation Ltd., in collaboration with the National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation (NMDFC), New Delhi.
