Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, has extended heartfelt appreciation to Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah for taking what he described as a “bold and visionary step” in reviving the historic Darbar Move, a centuries-old tradition that has been an enduring pillar of Jammu and Kashmir’s socio-administrative fabric.
