Tashkent, May 10: : In a historic achievement for Jammu & Kashmir and Indian boxing, sub-junior boxing sensation Mohd Yasser has defeated his Iranian opponent to storm into the finals of the Under-15 Asian Championship being held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

With this remarkable victory, Mohd Yasser has become the first boxer from Jammu & Kashmir to reach the final of a continental championship and compete for the coveted Gold medal at the Asian level.
