Unfortunately, COVID-19 is exposing all your fake well-wishers. I have personally observed the worst face of these people, who are proving so notorious & thankless creatures. They did not dare to call me once & inquire about my well-being.
COVID-19 is a global pandemic irrespective of caste, creed, colour, sex & religion. Having said that, COVID-19 has proved to be a blessing in disguise for me, as it has taught me great lessons of life all thanks to Almight Allah, that I recovered from it through resoluteness, patience & payers of real well-wishers.
Firstly, I was trying my level best since a year to dodge this virus by strictly following relevant SOPs & health advisories. I will never stigmatize any person for infecting me, as it was written in my destiny. Anyway, i am completely asymptomatic by the grace of Almighty Allah. But since 12th April, I got felling of fatigue in my legs & a sort of disinterest in my work. On 13th April, I tested negative through RAT at SKIMS Bemina (JVC). But unfortunately, this fatigue was not going away in my legs. Ultimately, I got my RT-PCR sample collected on 21st April at SDH Magam. On 22nd April, I received the unfortunate call from SKIMS Soura, that I have tested positive through RT-PCR.I immediately self-isolated myself & started quarantine period. At the time of writing this Article, it is my 11th day of self isolation. Alhamdulillah , I have fully recovered by the grace of Almighty Allah & will get my RT-PCR done on 5th April 2021.
Secondly, coming to time spent during these quarantine period, i got very much relaxed through prayers, reading & reciting of Holy Quran & phone calls of well-wishers. I will give due credit to my parents as well as other family members for taking so much care of mine. My mom is on toes to serve me throughout the day. Taking a rational analysis of these quarantine days, I would suggest very infected person not to get loose heart & fight his virus through your grit & patience. Temporary phenomena’s are not realities. You should maintain positive spirit throughout your isolation period & pray to Almighty Allah for granting divine blessings to entire humanity. I suggest everybody not to read & watch so much information about COVID-19.It will only aggrandize the negative feelings in you. Just remain in touch with your doctor & keep watch on your temperature levels, BP & oxygen saturation. If God forbid, you feel any worse symptom, then take medical advice of your doctor.
Thirdly, the role of your well-wishers especially your close relatives, friends & neighbors is of paramount importance. Unfortunately, COVID-19 is exposing all your fake well-wishers. I have personally observed the worst face of these people, who are proving so notorious & thankless creatures. They did not dare to call me once & inquire about my well-being. But they are so shameless to wear fake smiles on their faces. But these things should not shake our confidence level. Our Almighty Allah is with us & he will Inshallah take care of these cheap people.
Lastly, the moor point is that, COVID-19 should not be given any social stigma. It can catch anyone in its way. But we should strictly follow SOPs & health advisories as circulated from time to time. May Allah save entire humanity from this deadly virus?
