
Srinagar, July 1: Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare, and Education, Sakeena Itoo, today praised doctors and healthcare professionals as the backbone of the nation’s health system during the National Doctors Day celebrations at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura.
Addressing the gathering, the Minister highlighted the critical role doctors play in shaping a healthier, more resilient society. She emphasized that doctors are not only healers but also pillars of hope, working tirelessly often at great personal risk. The day honors the legacy of Dr. B.C.
