
Government Girls Higher Secondary School Magam in Budgam district celebrated National Sports Day with great enthusiasm and significant participation. On this occasion, many activities were organized, including volleyball matches, marching and other recreational sports competitions, in which the girls associated with the school were seen playing with enthusiasm. On this special occasion, the school’s sports achievers who qualified for the state level were felicitated by the Principal GHSS Magam Muzamil Khan and the girls were awarded prizes and certificates along with the school administration.
The event was meticulously organized under the guidance of Lecturer Physical Education Abdul Latief Rather with the assistance of Physical Master Bashir Ahmed Bhat, who played a vital role in organizing the events and training the players for various competitions.The school witnessed a massive participation and a total of 603 students participated in the internal competitions, 308 students represented the institution at the zonal level, and 10 students proudly competed at the state level.
