
Pasighat, July 14: In a step towards equipping the younger generation with emerging technological skills, the Spear Corps of the Indian Army organised a Basic Drone Training programme for National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets at Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh.
The training programme aimed to familiarise cadets with the fundamentals of drone operations and provide practical exposure to the rapidly evolving field of unmanned aerial systems. Through immersive demonstrations and hands-on sessions, the cadets learned about the functioning, applications and operational aspects of drone technology.
The participants were also introduced to counter-drone technologies, enabling them to understand modern security challenges and the measures employed to detect and neutralise hostile unmanned aerial vehicles.
