NCW Chairman Lalpura inspires Chandigarh college students

Chairman of the National Commission for the Minorities Shri Iqbal Singh Lalpura delivered an inspiring presidential address at the Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 11, Chandigarh. He emphasized on the Power of Togetherness and the vital role of harmony in building vibrant communities.
In his presidential remarks, the Chairman congratulated the institution for taking the initiative of organizing a talk on a very pertinent issue and lauded the college for sustaining its rich academic standards.
He strongly remarked that “Power of togetherness is complete in itself.” Quoting from spiritual texts he cautioned the students that education if not practiced in the right spirit may lead to arrogance. Additionally, he urged the gathering to respect all religions and not fall prey to the divisive forces and he encouraged the students to ask questions, seek answers and perform their duties honestly.
Collective effort in fostering unity, mutual respect.
He guided the students to be good human beings and aim at national development. During the session, the Chairman highlighted the importance of collective effort in fostering unity, mutual respect, and understanding within diverse societies.
Drawing from real-world examples, his address encouraged the girl students to take an active role in promoting inclusivity and working together for the greater good.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members, who engaged in thoughtful discussions on the themes of community harmony and social responsibility. The Chairman lauded the college for its commitment to holistic education and its efforts to instill values of togetherness among the youth.
