On the occasion of “Jashn-e-Chillai Kalan” 115 Bn CRPF organized a series of painting & singing competition on 29th December’2022 at Ganderbal with the help of local Masjid- Intezamia committee members. In which almost 60 students participated and showcased their artistic and oratory skills in different events.
The event was formally inaugurated by Sh S.K. Pradhan, Commandant-115 Bn in the presence of Niraj Kumar Singh, 2-I/C, other unit officers, Media person, chairman of intezamia committee.
Today’s event was one in the series of events being organized to engage with children & youngsters. This initiative has taken by Miss Charu Sinha, IPS, IGP CRPF, Srinagar Sector.
In painting & singing competition, participants, brought their hearts out on the canvas, covering a theme of “ Social media. The singers enthralled the audience with their amazing songs.
The winners and runner up across each event are awarded with prizes and certificate. Further winners and runner ups from each event are nominated for further grand competition.
The event was successful in conveying CRPF's commitment for the safety and security of local population of J & K.
In the end, Commandant-115 Bn thanked all participants and encouraged children to strive for excellence.
