Speaking on the occasion, Director MMTTC KU, Prof. Nazir Ahmad Nazir, said, “This programme is a crucial step in shaping teachers who are not just subject experts but also committed mentors and academic leaders. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive foundation that empowers them to inspire and innovate in their teaching practices.”
Course Coordinator, MMTTC KU, Dr. Javaid Iqbal Khan, highlighted that the carefully structured sessions and expert-led interactions will help early-career faculty build a strong foundation in both academic and institutional responsibilities.
The event proceedings were conducted by Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Wani, Coordinator MMTTC KU, while Prof. Sameer Gul, Deputy Director MMTTC KU, delivered a formal vote of thanks.
The programme will continue till July 17, with a series of expert sessions, interactive engagements, and practical modules aimed at nurturing reflective and effective educators.
