Continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Police have arrested 03 drug peddlers in Sopore and recovered contraband substance from their possession.
A police team led by SHO Police Station Panzalla, at a checkpoint established at Hamdania Colony Naidhal Rafiabad intercepted 03 suspicious person. They have been identified as Aadil Ahmad Lone son of Mohammad Rajab Lone, Mohammad Shafi Sheikh son of Ghulam Nabi Sheikh and Sajad Ahmad Lone son of Mohammad Sadeeq Lone all residents of Nadihal Rafiabad. During their personal search, 122 grams of contraband charas like substance was recovered from their possession. All the accused have been arrested.
Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 06/2025 under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Panzalla and further investigation has been initiated.
