Jammu Aug 22: Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, Army Commander, Northern Command, interacted with the Student Officers of the Higher Air Command Course during their visit to Headquarters Northern Command, Udhampur.

The Army Commander provided the officers with valuable insights into the nuances of operational art and contemporary military operations. The Student Officers were briefed on the prevailing security environment, operational imperatives, counter-terrorism operations, hinterland dynamics, operational logistics, technology absorption and capability development within the Command.
Lt Gen Pratik Sharma highlighted the critical importance of Jointness and Synergy among the Armed Forces, emphasising that seamless coordination and integration among the Services are vital for achieving decisive outcomes in modern warfare.
