After few years, Aaminah (Mother) decided to visit her husband's grave in Yathrib (Madina) . She spent a month there and then made her back to Makkah,on the route ,she suffered a severe illness and died in Abwa, road between Makkah and Madina
Beyond a shadow of doubt, the biography of Muhammad (PBUH) represents a complete picture of the magnificent divine message that he communicated in order to deliver the human race from the swamp of darkness and polytheism to the paradise of light and monotheism.
Muhammad (PBUH) the Master of prophets was born in the Bani Hashim area of Makkah on Monday morning , the ninth of Rabi ul Awwal ,the same year of the Elephant incident. Ibn Saad reported that Muhammad's mother said," when he was born, there was a light that issued out of my pudendum and lit the places of Syria" . Also Ana's in Sahi Muslim reported," Gabriel came down opened his chest and took out the heart ,he then extracted a blood clot out of it and said ," that was part of Satan in thee" and then he washed it with water of Zam Sam in a gold basin. After that the heart was joined together and restored to its place.
After few years, Aaminah (Mother) decided to visit her husband's grave in yathrib (Madina) . She spent a month there and then made her back to Makkah,on the route ,she suffered a severe illness and died in Abwa, road between Makkah and Madina. Abdul-Mutalib brought boy to Makkah . He was more compassionate and loving with his grandson then with his own children. He never left boy fall prey to loneliness, but always preferred than others.
When Muhammad (PBUH ) was eight years two months and ten years old ,his grandfather Abdul Mutallib passed away in Makkah. The charge of prophet pbuh now passed on to his uncle Abu Talib ,who was full brother of Prophet's father (Abdullah) .Abu Talib took on the responsibility of his nephew in a best way. Abu Talib remained this for forty years , cherishing his nephew and extending all possible protection and support to him.(the sealed nectar).
When prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was nearly forty he was accustomed to passing long hours in seclusion, meditating and reflecting over all aspects around him. In Ramdhan ,in his third year of solitude in the cave of Hira, Allah's will desired His mercy to flow on Earth and Muhammad (PBUH) was honored with Prophet hood and the light of revelation burst upon him with some verses of the Noble Qur'an.
After the revelation, the devoir life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) started, not only in terms of spirituality, but in every aspect whether unionistic, political, economic. In the regard of Title ,Muhammad (PBUH) was savvy in political affairs. The successful career of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as a political leader, aside from his primary role as a spiritual guide, is yet to receive widespread attention from religious leaders, let alone the general public. Politics is not just a matter of governing, but also a vital tool for education, spiritual, awareness, human understanding and the dissemination of values and principles. Islam teaches us to achieve this through various peaceful means, including through sincere advice, providing role models, rational persuasion, exemplary leadership, and others. Politics in Islam aims to guide people towards good and abstain from evil. Integrity, honesty, and trust are key Islamic values that also apply to politics. These values are underpinned by the firm conviction that the ultimate reward lies not in this world, but in the hereafter and admission to paradise.
As a political leader the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) unified the Arabian peninsula, established a great state whose capital was Madinah, defeated his enemies, and had most successful military expeditions. However, his real political leadership was in the realm of morality and spirituality in which he conducted himself perfectly in situations of weakness as well as strength. His way of dealing in Makkah and Madinah indicates his great political leadership.
The Hijrah to Ethiopia is also an example of his political skill in seeking alliances with others. When the persecution increased in Makkah and some of his followers found it difficult to live in that environment, he allowed them to migrate to Ethiopia and seek the help of the Christian King there. In Ethiopia Muslims found peace and they reciprocated the King’s hospitality with prayers and support for the King and his party. Muslims’ relations were so good with the monarch that he grew to love Islam and before his death he became a Muslim.
It is commendable for modern Muslim intellectuals to search for an inspiration in managing modern society through the example of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Madinah. One policy introduced by Prophet (PBUH) was to initiate a political contract between the Muslim community and the other social groups in Madinah. In Islamic history ,this contract is known as " Mithaq Ul Madinah" or the Madinah charter. An Egyptia writer , Muhamamd Haysan Hykal in "the life of Muhammad (PBUH) " considers this as " Wathiqah Siyasiyath" or political document guaranteeing the freedom of faith, freedom of opinion, the protection of the country, the rights to live and own property, a judicial system for resolving disputes, and the rights of Non - Muslims; the first constitution written and documented as such .
The prophet Muhammad (PBUH) also developed, a very sophisticated intelligence network , since the establishment of Madinah state. This action is to ensure that the prophet(pbuh) was aware of what is happening around him ,and to keep him informed. Through various events , that happened afterwards ,many literatures mentioned that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH ) always received news from his agents (not in terms of divine revelation) in order to make his judgment are correct and fact based. There is also countless number of number of reports stating that prophet often sought the opinions of his companions amd discussed with them before he made any decision. This proved the creativity of Prophet in terms of diplomacy. ( To Be Continued)
