Residents of Rajouri Kadal Srinagar have come together to protest against the recent installation of smart meters in their locality. The residents have formally requested LG Manoj Sinha to consider their situation and take prompt action to remove the smart meters from their homes.
“We understand the need for modernization, but the concerns of vulnerable communities must be addressed. We appeal to LG Manoj Sinha to listen to our voices and ensure that any technological upgrades do not burden the poor,” said a local protester.
