Imphal, May 10: The Red Shield Division under Spear Corps provided immediate medical assistance following a tractor accident at Semol Village in Manipur, ensuring timely treatment and evacuation of injured civilians, including two children.

According to official information, a tractor accident in the village resulted in multiple injuries, prompting a quick response from the nearest Army medical team deployed in the area. A Medical Officer from the Red Shield Division reached the site promptly and initiated emergency treatment for the injured on the spot.
Two critically injured children were given life-saving first aid before being stabilized for evacuation. The Army medical team ensured their safe transfer to Saikul, where they were referred for advanced medical care.
The swift response played a crucial role in preventing further complications and ensuring timely medical intervention in a remote area where immediate access to advanced healthcare facilities is limited.
Local residents appreciated the prompt action by the Army personnel, noting that the rapid medical response helped save lives and provided critical support during an emergency situation.
