The youth are currently living a real and reel life. There is a real world and a virtual world. The youth are putting themselves at risk in the pursuit of more likes in this virtual world, i.e., reels. After the ban on TikTok in India, the trend of making reels and memes came to the fore. After this, people started uploading videos on Instagram. Reels contain many types of videos, including informational, funny, motivational, and dance. Reels are a kind of short video on Instagram. Initially, these reels used to be 30 seconds long, but now they have been increased to 90 seconds. There is such a craze among the youth to make reels nowadays that they start making reels anywhere. Many times, in the affair of this reel-making, people even cause harm to themselves. Due to the hobby of increasing followers on social media, the craze of making reels is increasing in the youth's life. It is not known when this hobby reaches the level of craze. Keeping the rules aside, people even lose their lives in the passion of making reels. In the city itself, youth can be seen making reels on railway tracks, flyovers, standing between the coaches of a moving train, or riding a bike, risking their lives to increase followers from Facebook to Instagram.

The youth are still living a real and reel life. There is a real world and a virtual world. The youth are putting themselves at risk in the pursuit of getting more likes in this virtual world, i.e., reels. Many youths are getting into the water to make the reels interesting, while many youths are climbing broken walls to make reels. Although people of every class are fond of making reels, this craze is increasing rapidly, especially among the youth of 16 to 40 years. People get so lost in the passion of becoming popular on social media or increasing their followers that, in the pursuit of showing something different, they play with their own lives as well as the lives of others.
To gain popularity, sometimes someone reaches in front of a train on a railway track, sometimes someone makes a video standing on a multi-storey building. Sometimes they perform stunts while driving, sometimes they dance on roads and squares, doing stunts, making reels while standing on Siliserh and dam. Sometimes they stand on a mountain and do strange acts. Sometimes they go in the middle of waterfalls and reservoirs, making reels while having carefree fun in the water. Sometimes they make reels by going to the railway track or standing at the door of the platform or a moving train.
The self-esteem of the youth is being affected by the comparison of reel life. In the race to look perfect in the world of social media, when their posts do not get the desired response, they get disappointed. This has a direct impact on their mental state, due to which they become more active on social media, and it becomes difficult to get out of this maze. Experts suggest that to deal with this problem, parents and teachers should together make the youth realize the importance of real life. If there is talent, then there are many topics to make reels. If someone has talent, then instead of making reels that put life at risk, they can earn fame by making reels on hundreds of topics, including motivational, music, dance, technical knowledge, health tips, religion, science, fitness, humor-satire, food, and drink. Spend time with your friends instead of making reels. Spend time exercising with a morning walk. Children are becoming victims of virtual autism due to watching reels; keep them away from mobile. Use mobile as little as possible in front of children. Give time to children; talk to them about family.
It is very important to have talent to increase followers. If you have talent, then followers will increase automatically. If the youth are making reels standing on the track, then it is very wrong. This will also have a bad effect on other children. Along with the reel makers, the people watching their videos are also foolish. They should be opposed. Youth are making reels to become famous quickly, which is very wrong. I see youth making reels on railway tracks and flyovers in many places. If they want to make reels, then first of all choose a safe place. If children are making reels on railway tracks or risky places, then parents should keep an eye on them.
Due to social media, the tendency of social show-off is increasing rapidly among children and youth. Youth are imitating each other to increase followers. They do not know what will be the result of this. They do not know the reality. Children do not listen to their parents. They are making reels at the age when they should be studying. They also take more risks. Along with such children, their parents also need counseling. Along with the youth, now even small children have started getting into the habit of making reels on mobile. Children stay alone at home and social media is an attraction. Everyone likes that people like them, praise them. The only way to avoid this is to let children use mobile less. Elders should stay with them while watching mobile, so that they do not do anything wrong.
