Spear Corps celebrates Baisakhi in Menchuka

Menchuka, April 16: The Spearhead Division under Spear Corps celebrated Baisakhi with great enthusiasm and cultural fervour at Taposthan Gurudwara in Menchuka, bringing together soldiers and the local community in a vibrant display of unity and tradition.

The celebration was marked by devotional prayers, community participation, and festive gatherings reflecting the spirit of gratitude and new beginnings associated with Baisakhi. The event highlighted the strong bond between the armed forces and the local population in the region.
Hon’ble Education Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Shri P.D. Sona, joined the celebrations along with members of the local community, further strengthening the message of harmony and cultural integration in the picturesque “Land of the Dawn-Lit Mountains.”
Speeches and interactions during the event emphasized peace, mutual respect, and the importance of preserving cultural traditions while fostering unity among diverse communities.
The occasion concluded with collective prayers for prosperity, well-being, and continued cooperation between the armed forces and civilians in the region.
