Anini,, Feb 2: Lt Gen Abhijit S. Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding (GOC) Spear Corps, along with all ranks, extended warm greetings and best wishes to the Adi community and the people of Arunachal Pradesh on the occasion of the Donggin Festival.
