Nagaland, Nov 25:Students from Don Bosco College, Maram, Manipur, had the unique opportunity to interact with Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, GOC of Spear Corps, at Rangapahar Military Station on 24 November 2025. The visit was part of the ongoing Seemadarshan Tour, an initiative aimed at familiarizing young students with the Indian Army’s functioning and operational environment.

During the interaction, Lt Gen Pendharkar shared insights on leadership, discipline, and the challenges and responsibilities of serving in the armed forces. The students engaged in lively discussions, asking questions about military life, career opportunities, and the role of the Army in national security.
The visit provided a motivating and enriching experience for the participants, inspiring them to imbibe values of courage, perseverance, and teamwork. The event also strengthened the bond between the armed forces and the youth, encouraging them to contribute positively to society while appreciating the sacrifices of soldiers.
