Spearhead Div conducted exercise Vijayi Prahar

New Delhi, May 9: The Spearhead Division under Spear Corps conducted Exercise Vijay Prahar at forward areas, demonstrating high levels of operational preparedness, integration and jointness in a realistic battlefield environment.

The exercise featured intensive live firing drills, coordinated tactical manoeuvres and integrated training between the Army and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), aimed at strengthening interoperability and combat effectiveness in challenging terrain conditions.
Troops rehearsed a range of battlefield scenarios designed to test response time, coordination, and precision in high-pressure situations. The training also focused on improving communication and synergy between different security formations operating in forward areas.
Senior officers observed the exercise and assessed the operational efficiency of participating units, emphasising the importance of sustained readiness and coordination in sensitive operational environments.
The exercise highlighted enhanced combat cohesion, mission readiness and the ability of security forces to operate jointly in complex and rugged terrains along forward locations.
