A three-day sports event for children of Palaash and Pareesha Child Care Institutions (CCI) concluded today in Bandipora.

Organized by the District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) under Mission Vatsalya, the programme aimed at promoting the well-being and holistic development of children in CCIs.
The event served as a platform for these children to engage in healthy competitions and build confidence. The children enthusiastically took part in various games, showcasing skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Trophies were distributed among participants to encourage and recognize their efforts.
Protection Officer, Gowhar Mehmood said the initiative is part of DCPU’s ongoing efforts to foster the physical, mental, and social growth of children in CCIs.
