Everyone says that street food is never a great and sensible option, but we still taste it and keep our body ready for what's coming: obviously dreadful diseases.

This is a big concern because there are people who have an employment reason, and that's why they related to it. There are thousands of people who have related to this profession for centuries and earned their livelihood. This is great, and there is no big issue. We have generated employment. Every individual in our valley wants to become a job giver, not a seeker. Be your own boss.
How can Street Food be Hygienic and Healthy ?
If street food can be made healthy and hygienic, then it will generate more earnings. First of all, street vendors should be placed away from main roads. Dust particles and harmful chemicals from vehicles directly or indirectly blend with the open street food, like fritters, potato chips, pickles, etc. The individuals related to it should wear neat and clean clothes; there should be no nails; personal hygiene is very important.
The concerned department should circulate strict action against those street vendors who are keeping food items in the open space. Safe gadgets should be introduced in the market where the quality of food items will remain healthy, and shelf life will also be checked regularly.
This is not possible; we can close or seize them permanently. It will cause a rise in the unemployment graph. So we need to train them. How can they present their article in a very safe way to its lovers?
Barbecue lovers are in every household. It generates employment for thousands of educated and unemployed youth. So the government or concerned department may hire experts who can train our street vendors on how we can be service providers to its lovers or customers and not the disease providers.
