Teacher is the shapeer of a person after the creator. Teaching is the occupation of Messengers and God too is a teacher. But The thing to think upon is that if it is so sacred occupation then why today a teacher is not considered more than a servant? Parents pay money and teachers pay service, this is what this profession has been restricted to. Who is to be blamed? and what is the way forward? In this pre size article I would try to bring some flashing points, that need to be think upon by every element of the society and three communities in particular:

1.Teachers 2.Parents 3.Students.
Teaching in previous time was considered much elite and teacher was respected more than any person in the society. Teacher used to teach children with all the zest and determination and made every effort to give student the best, teacher dealt his students like his own children. So the prime concern of teacher was to educate the child and not to make money from him. This obviously used to generate respect in hearts of students and parents, for the teacher.
Present time, we notice there has been complete change in this relation, the students are treated as clients by the modern time teachers. And the teacher is treated just a head mechanic teaching the Junior techniques. Teacher has restricted themselves to tutors, their prime focus is money now. And the obvious results are in front of everyone, the teacher faces much disrespect. The private coaching sector has further degraded its conditions. Where I myself have witnessed so called teachers degrading out their own positions. Coaching centers have made this education sector to act like an economical industry, where there is trade of lakhs and crores and something called education for rich came into existence. Even I have witnessed teachers indulging in dirty relations with students which is a disgust no doubt. The teachers sometimes/usually speak out morally unsound language to their students.
The students on other hand should also realize their role as a student for upliftment of teacher community back to the level of 90's.Teacher is worth of love and respect after one's parents. Especially in today's era when parents can't tolerate their children more than few hours, teacher spends all hos time with his students. The first school is mother's lap but now this concept remains yesterday's history as existence of crunch centers came into being and mothers lap is now replaced by these institutes. So teacher owns a high status which students should take care of. Parents can also play a key role in this. Parents should inculcate in their children the love towards teachers. I have seen parents encouraging their children whenever they talk ill about teachers even sometimes use morally unsound words for teachers, which is anyhow dangerous for society in general and students in particular. Teaching is really an emotion rather than a profession to make money. People who are just concerned to make money out of it should really take any other profession. Teaching is pure heart to heart connection and full of respect and dignity. I hope for some seriousness in this emerging disaster.
