He says that the teacher is an architect who builds and trains his students on a spiritual level. He raises the intellectual level of students through his knowledge. There are many reasons why a respectable relationship has soured. In today's society, the respect and honour of the teacher has disappeared. Due to which the nation has fallen. In Khair-ul-Quron, the teachers were so important that the Second Caliph Hazrat Umar Farooq appointed the teachers as well as high administrative affairs and other positions. Hazrat Ali says that whoever taught me even one letter, I am his slave whether he frees me or sells me. Hazrat Mughira says that we used to fear the teacher and used to respect him as much as people used to fear the king. Imam Abu Yusuf says that I have heard from the elders that one who does not appreciate the teacher does not succeed. It was this literature that earned Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas the title of Imam al-Mafsarin, Bahr al-Ilam. Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood, Hazrat Abu Hurairah, Hazrat Abi bin Kaab and Hazrat Musab bin Umayr were trained and refined in the mill of the teacher of the universe by the Prophet ﷺ. They do not look straight at. The time is a witness that the developed nations have ruled this earth and the uneducated nations have been under them. If we are backward today, it is because we have forgotten the teachers of manners. Today, the nations that have progressed and have made a revolution in the scientific world have put their power on the whole world, especially the Islamic world, from culture to religion, as if they have achieved progress in every field. There is a debt. In-depth study shows that the status of a teacher in developed countries is not even for the President of the country. In Western countries, the teacher has such superiority over all others that the teacher's testimony is considered reliable and authentic. When a student achieves remarkable success, he first salutes his teacher. Whereas here students consider success as their own perfection and failure is blamed on the teacher. But when we talk about today's Muslim society, teachers are no longer respected in our schools. Now the teacher has lost his position, one of the reasons is that education is not seen from the point of view of education but from the point of view of business. Now the relationship between the teacher and the student has ended. The quality of education is deteriorating day by day. One of the reasons for which are the various resources that are available in front of us, the student no longer needs a teacher to read, he reads by himself with the help of a smartphone. In this way, in his view, the importance of the teacher has decreased. The teacher has been considered worse than a worker by this society. It will not be wrong if I say that the profession of a teacher is the most difficult job at present. Today's teacher must have mastery of his subject on the one hand, but on the other hand, he must also possess high morals. The teacher should take care of the children as he does his own children. But when it is the opposite, a student takes such a step in honor of the teacher that the teacher's heart is filled with sorrow and knowledge. So from here, the whole matter becomes completely opposite, one, the interest of the teacher decreases. Second, evils increase in the society. Righteous and competent teachers become less available to the nation. When the new generation of the nation does not respect the teacher and the parents, it shows that there is no element of goodness in this society anymore. The role of the teacher is also necessary to bring all his skills to bear and treat the students with love and compassion. The value of this prophetic profession will be when the teacher's honor and glory are made public. The teacher plays the role of parent, mentor, counselor, guide at the same time. A student's total universe is from home to school. Parents are his heroes at home and his teachers at school. Children are not always influenced by our advice but they are definitely influenced by the actions and character of the teacher. A teacher should have high qualities. A good and best teacher is the one from whom the students can cope with the difficult situations of their lives. Teach the children with love, lest they stop asking the teacher out of fear and desperation. In developed nations and civilized societies, the teacher has a special status and status, because the establishment of a civilized, peaceful and conscious society is owed to the teacher. Until we do not value and respect the teacher, evils and crimes will continue to increase in our nation.
