The most important virtue and characteristic of the last ten days of Ramadan is that there is a night in it which is better than a thousand months and on that night a priceless gift like Quran was given to the world of humanity. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala He revealed the whole Surah, which we know as Surah Al-Qadr.

Almighty Allah Says!

We have revealed this (Qur'an) on the Night of Destiny (1) and what do you know what the Night of Destiny is? (2) Shab-e-Qadr is better than a thousand months
(3) Angels and spirits descend into it with every command of their Lord (4) That night is complete peace till dawn.

In this Surah many virtues of Shab-e-Qadr are mentioned.

The first virtue is that Allah Almighty revealed the Holy Qur'an on this night, which is a guidance for mankind and is the happiness of this world and the hereafter. Second Virtue:- In the Surah, a questioning style was adopted to honour this night and to show the grace of Allah to His servants. Third Virtue:-This night is better than a thousand months. Fourth Virtue:- Angels descend on this night, angels descend with goodness and mercy. Fifth Virtue:- This night is the night of peace, because on this night the slaves are freed from torment and punishment.Sixth Virtue:- Allah Almighty has revealed a whole Surah related to this night which will be recited till the Day of Resurrection.
Allah Almighty states in Surah Al-Dukhan verse (3): "Verily, We have sent down the Qur'an in a blessed night. And this night was in the month of Ramadan, which is explained by Allah Almighty in Surah Al-Baqarah verse (58): "The month of Ramadan is the month in which the Qur'an was revealed."
Similarly, the hadith also proves that Laylat al-Qadr falls on one of the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Laylat al-Qadr should be sought in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan.

Symptoms of Shab Qadr

Narrated by Ibadah bin Samat (RA).The night is bright and clear, neither too hot nor too cold, but rather mild, mild and moderate. The stars are not killed by demons this night. Looking up at the heavens creates light in the eyes and a state of serenity in the heart. The sun does not rise on the morning after Shab-e-Qadr. The great pleasure of worship is felt in this night and humility is created in worship .Some people have seen that everything prostrates, even the trees prostrate and the water becomes sweet that night.
Umm Al-Mumineen Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqah says: I have asked you or the Messenger of Allah to tell me what prayer I should ask for Laylatul Qadr. You said: Recite this prayer. Translation: Forgive me too Laylat al-Qadr is the night that brings the message of forgiveness, mercy and forgiveness for the believers. This is the night which provides sustenance to those who seek it, Peace to those who seek peace, Health for those who wish health, Goodness to those who seek goodness, The blessing of children to those who desire children, Forgiveness is given to those who seek forgiveness.
Regarding the worship and reward of this great night, Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the guidance of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is precious
Whoever stays in Laylat al-Qadr with faith and with the intention of reward (in prayer), then all his past sins are forgiven.
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (RA) that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) while describing the virtue of Laylatul Qadr said:
On the night of Qadr, Gabriel Amin descends to earth in a swarm of angels. He prays for forgiveness for every person who is standing (in any situation) remembering Allah.

This is the night of the acceptance of prayers, for oneself, for one's friends and for one's parents, for all those who have passed away.It is better to engage in du'aa.And the best of the du'aa is the one that is narrated from Hazrat Ayesha ;
Allahumma Innaka Afuwwun Kareem Tuhibbul Afwa Fa'fu Anni.O Allah, indeed You are Pardoning, [Generous] You love pardon, so pardon me.[ At-Tirmidhi ] .
