Humans, as the most intellectual species on the earth, manage to develop a way to accomplish a certain goal
Almost everyone in contemporary society wishes to make a lot of money. Regardless of gender, color, or religion, the sentiment is universal. This odious money-making competition includes people from all walks of life. It makes no difference whether one is wealthy or poor; they all give their all in order to obtain money. Money is the ultimate objective of life for the majority of them; nothing matters or is more essential than money.
Many factors have fueled this desire to amass wealth. Electronic and social media, in particular, are key contributors. Private corporations, for example, have easy access to electronic media to sell their lavish and expensive items such as expensive vehicles and mobile phones as a result of neoliberal policies. As a result, television stations promote their opulent goods in such a way that nearly everyone is enticed to purchase them. Obviously, not everyone can afford these articles of luxury, which are marketed at exorbitant costs. As a result, those who cannot afford them begin to feel inferior. It is at this point that people begin to consider how much money they will need to fulfil these ostensibly opulent goals.
Aside from television commercials, social media networks like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram help to reinforce the desire to mint coins. For example, when someone buys a brand new car or the latest version of a mobile phone, such as an IPhone, he or she shares it on social media with captions like ‘Alhamdulillah, bought this.’ This could be a happy day for that individual. For those who are already economically weak and striving to make ends meet, however, this is nothing short of a nightmare. Except for a few individuals, not everyone is ready to embrace the fact that when someone achieves anything, people feel envy. For instance, when someone buys a car and uploads it to his social media account, not everyone will be delighted. It may make some sincere friends or family members happy to hear about it. If they don’t own it, though, many people are prone to feel jealous or inferior. People who are happy are naturally envious of those who are not. It is natural for people to want to do something that their peers have already accomplished. As a result, social media plays a significant part in making money the primary, if not single, goal of life.
Humans, as the most intellectual species on the earth, manage to develop a way to accomplish a certain goal. When it comes to making money, they use a variety of strategies. For example, kids must understand that in order to achieve their goals, they must study diligently. In the case of a businessman, he understands how to take advantage of the market and make the greatest money from his items. He might use unfair tactics like deception and dishonesty. A bureaucrat knows how to misappropriate government funds, falsely documents, and cover up his malfeasance using money and influence. To put it another way, everyone knows how to waste the resources and opportunities that are available to them.
As a result, the obsession with possessing a lot of money has given rise to social issues. It is to blame for our greatest tribulations; it is to blame for our stagnation in progress; for the decline in our level of living; and for the misappropriation of funds intended to provide public services.
Therefore, most of our problems will be solved if we adjust our attitude about money. Many people can live content lives if they realize that money is not the ultimate objective of life.
