Varmul Gindo 2025 carried forward its spirited momentum on 29 June, with Baramulla hosting exciting events across table tennis, karate, snooker, and football. At HSS Bhijhama, nine thrilling table tennis matches kept spectators engaged. Faizan dominated singles with two wins, while doubles and mixed doubles saw fierce competition, with standout performances by Sachman, Sultan, Kashif, and others. Audience strength rose steadily, reaching up to 90 per match.
Karate matches at Gen Bipin Rawat Stadium saw 80 participants showcase their skills, drawing over 120 spectators. Though results are under compilation, the enthusiasm was palpable as players demonstrated strength, control, and discipline.
Snooker action at B Town Club witnessed Sajad Balla and Tawqeed Ramzan winning their matches in front of a quiet yet focused audience of around 100 across both games.
The day built towards the football faceoff between UFC and SS Watergam FC at GDC Ground, with 24 players and over 130 spectators gathering even before the match began.
With 124 participants and over 650 spectators across all venues, the energy remains high. As more karate, snooker, and football events await tomorrow, Varmul Gindo 2025 continues to unite Baramulla in a shared celebration of sports and community pride.
