At the Indoor Stadium Khawaja Bagh, Kabaddi stole the spotlight with four high-energy matches involving 30 participants. Over 150 spectators witnessed the raw power and strategy on display. Faizan Ahmad from Delina, playing despite an injury, and 16-year-old Yasir Lone from Sheeri, amazed the crowd with their fearless performances — proving that Kabaddi is not just a sport, but a tradition of courage and pride in Baramulla.
Meanwhile, the green baize at B Town Club, Khawajabagh, hosted a sharp contest between Haroon and Nayeem. With calm focus and precise shots, Haroon emerged victorious, entertaining a crowd of 80 snooker enthusiasts.
As evening approached, the GDC Ground geared up for a highly anticipated football clash between City FC and UFC. With 24 players on the field and 200 spectators filling the stands even before kickoff, the football fever was undeniable, and the atmosphere electric.
