wide scale rescue operation is underway after a passenger vehicle plunged into a deep gorge in Boniyar Baramulla on Wednesday afternoon.
Officials said that a passenger vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge at Bujthala Boniyar.
“There have been two casualties in the accident and injuries to at least six others”, the officials said adding the injured have been taken to hospital for treatment.
“A wide scale operation was launched at the site and is continuing to ensure all the bodies are recovered and the injured persons provided with immediate treatment”, the officials added.
