New Delhi, Mar 4: Smt Damodari Devi, wife of Subedar Kehar Singh, SC (P) of the Assam Rifles, who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty in Manipur, laid a wreath at the National War Memorial at India Gate on Wednesday to honor her late husband and other fallen soldiers.
