
Baramulla Rashtriya Rifles under the aegis of Himalayan Brigade organised ceremony to celebrate the selection of Wu-shu warriors in prestigious competition at state level. In the spirit of athleticism, we take great pride in congratulating young and talented Wu-shu players for their selection to represent Baramulla district in the upcoming 17th J&K Wu-shu championship.
The journey to selection was undoubtedly arduous, requiring unwavering dedication and countless hours of rigorous training. These Wu-shu warriors have not only mastered the intricate techniques but have also imbibed the philosophy of discipline.
As our selected athletes prepare to showcase their abilities on the grand stage, it is not only a moment of personal triumph but also a celebration of the collective efforts invested by coaches, mentors and community at large.
Brigadier Suhas Mate, Commander Himalayan Brigade flag off the bus with 37 young warriors for their journey to Jammu for competition. In celebrating the success of our athletes, we also celebrated the unity and resilience of the community. All the athletes, coaches and mentors expressed gratitude for all the efforts and help provided to them in their journey by Indian Army.
