Kohima, June 2: As part of the International Day of Yoga 2026 celebrations, Assam Rifles under Spear Corps organised a vibrant yoga session for students and teachers in Kohima, Nagaland.
The session aimed at promoting holistic health and well-being among the younger generation and educators, with a focus on basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. Participants were guided through structured exercises designed to improve physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
