Youngsters are the future of any nation. One of the major obstacles that today's modern generation has to confront that is unemployment. Unemployment among young youth is a notable social and economic issue in many countries. Unemployment demolish the youth, no matter how much educated an individual is, he still remains unemployed that causes depression and mental stress in modern generation. When their talent gets waste, when their degrees get wasted then he/she initiates doing illegal work. Someone commits suicide due to stress, someone ends his life by taking drugs, alcohol etc.
If we look on every side of us PHD scholars sells fruits on roadside, someone works as a salesman in someone's store and someone is wandering around on streets and there is only one reason behind all this that is Unemployment. In some regions students are getting inadequate education quality teachers are getting irresponsible day by day even parents are getting irresponsible obtaining a job has become a obstacle for today's generation. Parents should make their children challenging they should give proper education to their children.
When someone's necessity is not goes accomplished, he can go to any extent to accomplish his basic necessities. Many individuals are involved in the online games and they have become addicted to them people lose their precious time and money, along with that they also lost their physical and mental health. People are dying having panic attacks suicide rate increases day by day due to Unemployment.
If we look at it from the perspective of today's technology Ai replaces reduces the human labour. The work that a human used to do in numerous days, advanced technology can do it in a short time. Government and private sectors prefer machines and Ai as compared to human labours and this advanced technology does not give people an opportunity to work. Simultaneously which has become a big cause for Unemployment and because of which poverty is increasing in India and other several countries as well as people face financial struggles.
Most of the youngsters are addicted in drugs. They are losing their command on himself. He resorts to wrong things to solve his problems. In reality drugs are not solution to any problem. Being a victim of this addiction, they even steal money, sometimes they even commit murder. Due to bad habits, they ruin their relationships they also change their behaviour and neglect their loved ones.
Youngsters delay in getting married, they think about their Carrer, they wait until they become financially secure and for time being their marriageable age ends. Most of the youngsters do not even get married they think that there should be no criticism in the society. They think that no one should tell him that he can't fullfill the basic requirements of their family.

Youth unemployment is a serious issue it effects not only youth but also the growth and stability of society. It destroys the skills, degrees as well as it increases poverty. To face this obstacle there is requirement of strong efforts from government, private sector, educational institutions and also people themselves. They should create more and more job opportunities for younger youth so that people remain busy with their profession and they will avoid bad habits like drugs and other things and this way everyone will have a superior and stable future.
