Budgam, June 23: The District Bar Association Budgam, under the leadership of its President, Javed Hubi (Advocate) expresses its sincere gratitude and appreciation to all stakeholders who have played a pivotal role in the successful acquisition of land for the establishment and expansion of the District Court Complex Budgam.
Mr. Javed Hubi stated that the acquisition of the requisite land marks a significant milestone in the strengthening of judicial infrastructure in District Budgam and will greatly contribute towards ensuring better facilities for the judiciary, members of the Bar, litigants, and the general public.
The Association conveys its heartfelt thanks to Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, whose vision and commitment towards the development of judicial infrastructure have been instrumental in advancing this important project. The Association also expresses profound gratitude to the Hon'ble Administrative Judge for District Budgam for his continuous support, guidance, and keen interest in addressing the infrastructural needs of the district judiciary.
Special appreciation is extended to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Budgam, for his relentless efforts, coordination, and dedication in pursuing the matter and facilitating the process at every stage. The Association further acknowledges the valuable role played by the Infrastructure Committee of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh in ensuring that the project received due consideration and support.
Mr. Hubi also thanked the Revenue Authorities, District Administration Budgam, officers of the Judiciary, members of the Bar, and all other stakeholders whose cooperation and collective efforts have made this achievement possible.
He further expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the members of the Executive Body of the District Bar Association Budgam, Mr. G.M Mir (Adv), Hilal Ahmad sheikh (Advocate), Arif Rashid Shah (Adv), Younis Ahmad Dar (Adv), Ms. Nazia Kounsar (Adv), Ms. Mehreen Zaffar (Adv) for their unwavering support, dedication, and collective efforts throughout the process. He stated that this achievement would not have been possible without the active cooperation and commitment of the Executive Body of Bar and its members, whose constant support strengthened the Association's efforts at every stage.
Mr. Hubi expressed hope that the proposed expansion and development of the District Court Complex Budgam will provide modern judicial facilities and create a more conducive environment for the administration of justice in the district.
The District Bar Association Budgam remains committed to working in close coordination with the Judiciary and Administration for the welfare of the legal fraternity and for strengthening the justice delivery system in the district.
