Udhampur, Sept 23: Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal AP Singh on Wednesday visited the strategically important Northern Command theatre on Wednesday to review the prevailing operational environment and preparedness of the armed forces.
During his visit to Headquarters Northern Command, Air Chief Marshal AP Singh was briefed by Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Northern Command, on key operational dynamics and ongoing inter-service synergy initiatives aimed at strengthening multi-domain operations.
The Chief of Air Staff expressed confidence in the operational capabilities of the forces and highlighted the jointness and synergy between Western Air Command and Northern Command at strategic and tactical levels.
He appreciated all ranks for their commitment towards safeguarding national interests.
